Kitovu Mobile Board governs on behalf of the registered trustees of Masaka Diocese and provides leadership for the strategy and programs. Periodically, the board sets broad performance goals and targets for the organization, in consultation with the staff, as well as making sure that there are firm deadlines behind the performance goals.  

The Board provides a leading role for the organization’s resource mobilization and sustainability, ensures the maintenance and growth of the current programs and services.
